While visiting my Exhibition Producer, we found the great American restaurateur, Guy Fieri from the Food Network. . He was the Keynote Speaker @ Wes’s UNLV Graduation Ceremony in December of last year.
He is now Dr. Guy Fieri. I gave him a few tips on my home cuisine of Chicken Adobo, Dinuguan and Lumpia. Eat your heart out Rachel Ray….
He is opening another Restaurant in Las Vegas with Sammy Hagar of Van Halen. You never know…..
